About us
Plus Logistics, Inc. was founded in 2022 to deliver packages for FedEx Ground as an Independent Service Provider. Our routes run out of Cocoa, Florida, and our office is in Orlando.
Our team of 25 handles daily pickup and delivery for homes and businesses across the area. We keep our operation small enough that everyone knows each other, and organized enough that customers get their packages on time.
What we do

Last-mile delivery
Daily package pickup and delivery on assigned FedEx Ground routes, for residential and business customers.

Routing and dispatch
Route planning, dispatch, and real-time delivery tracking so drivers and the operations team stay coordinated.

Fleet operations
A maintained delivery fleet with vehicle monitoring tools, kept in line with FedEx operational standards.
Safety comes first
Every driver is trained before running a route, and our vehicles are inspected and maintained on a regular schedule.
We follow FedEx Ground safety and compliance standards, and we expect every member of our team to put safe driving ahead of speed.

Delivery drivers
Run a FedEx Ground delivery route out of our Cocoa terminal. You'll get a route, a maintained vehicle, and training before your first day on the road.
What we look for
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Comfortable lifting packages and working outdoors

Job duties
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software application.
- Develop and maintain specialized IT infrastructure tailored to support logistics operations, including route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
- Provide technical training to logistics and delivery staff on new systems and software tools.
- Integrate and configure fleet management software with company systems to ensure efficient package delivery and compliance with FedEx operational standards.
- Design and deploy secure communication protocols for seamless coordination between drivers and the operations team.
- Document system configurations and processes to enhance team knowledge and facilitate training for new staff.
- Develop custom automation scripts to streamline data processing, including daily route analytics and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with third-party vendors and FedEx technical support teams to ensure full compliance with contractual IT requirements.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
